Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "defeat" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to build hype for next month's bout.
Former two time unified boxing king Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Attitude
"I'm going to injure his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to really want to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
Despite these statements, a composed Joshua and social media star Paul - normally famous for his dramatics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather criticized former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, targeted British opponent Fury - and declined a large bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.
Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Still, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of boxing's largest financial successes, consistently making huge earnings.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old anticipated a knockout win in rounds four or five and asserted he would stop the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly being planned for two years from now.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Disparity
As the two fighters participated in the customary stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it drove home just how improbable this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the bout is truly happening.
